Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

How do I know my order went through?

Shopify sends an order confirmation to your email address as soon as checkout completes, followed by a shipping notice when your order leaves. If neither arrives, check your spam folder and then write to us.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

How do I choose a size?

Each product page lists the sizes available for that item. Sizing on clothing and footwear follows the measurements shown in the product description — check those rather than assuming your usual size, as fit varies between pieces.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Write to us as soon as possible at globalpointshop@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will do what we can.

Something arrived damaged or incorrect.

Email us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.

How do I contact a human?
